Interestingly I just read an article this morning about how cotton prices have dropped significantly since then and are expected to continue to fall for the rest of the year. I suspect that fabric prices will not go back down, though. Luckily I have a giant stash! :)

Karen I've noticed this too, that new lines are more likely around the $10 mark.

All the more reason to search hard for sales.
